Euro-Ethiopia Tours & Travel (EETT) accepts individual requests or from travel agencies, car rentals, hotel reservations, internal flights, etc. in good faith. EETT and its delegate agencies are not responsible for the damages caused to customers in the accommodations or travel by plane, boat, or any other means of transport. As well as changes in schedule or delays and loss or damage to the baggage that occurs in them.
EETT stipulates that it is not liable for faults or defaults of other companies and persons that may be used in the carrying out of the tour services or for loss or damage to any personal effects, delays, injuries and sickness.The right is reserved to alter the itineraries or arrangements for the well-being and comfort of the passenger or any other reason.
EETT reserves the right to use subcontractors to carry out part or all of its services. The terms of this clause will apply with the responsibility of EETT.
The responsibility of EETT with customers traveling in company vehicles is governed by Ethiopian law and claims will be settled in Ethiopian courts.
* TOUR ALTERATIONS
Euro-Ethiopia Tours & Travel (EETT) reserves the right to alter any route or arrangement or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour should the conditions necessitate. The right is also reserved to decline, accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time. An equitable amount will be refunded accordingly.
* CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT (FOR ALL PROGRAMS)
Tour prices are quoted in Euro. We accept payment in a freely convertible currency and at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of payment.;There will be a payment of 25% of the total amount at the time of confirmation and the rest of the amount must be paid prior to the commencement of the tour. EETT reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received in accordance with these terms.
EETT will issue an invoice for the services provided, indicating the fiscal address and bank details. If the full payment does not meet the above conditions, EETT will not be obliged to accept the client and / or carry out the visits and no refund will be made.
Cancellations must be received in writing. Refund for cancellation will depend on the duration of cancellation prior to tour departure and are subject to the following charges:
• From 60 to 31 days before departure an administrative charge of 50.00 Euros / person will be made.
• From 30 to 15 days before departure, a fee of 50% of the price of the trip will be charged.
• Cancellations made within 15 days prior to departure will not be entitled to any refunds.
